STEP 1
How to make puff pastry with cream? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer in advance. Take it out of the package and leave it on the counter for about 30 minutes. There is no need to defrost it completely. Just enough to make it a little softer. STEP 2
I have two layers of dough, 250 grams each. Cut each layer into 9 squares.
STEP 3
In each dough square, make a slit in the middle of another smaller square, but do not cut all the way through.
STEP 4
Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Place the prepared dough squares on it. Leave some space between them as they will expand in size as they bake. Brush the outer square of dough with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes. STEP 5
The finished dough has increased in size and has an appetizing golden color. Remove the pan from the oven. Remove the top of the inner square. Cool everything completely.
STEP 6

STEP 7
Using a piping bag fitted with a tip, fill the puff pastries with cream.
STEP 8
Decorate the top with any fruits or berries. Serve puff pastries with berries for tea. Enjoy your meal!
