Puff braid with chocolate and fruit

STEP 1

Prepare food. Thaw the dough by placing it in the refrigerator overnight, do not open the packaging.
STEP 2

Wash the apple and grate it on a coarse grater; I peel the peel. You can sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the pulp from darkening. If you are not cooking for children, as an option: - you can sprinkle with cognac or liqueur.

STEP 4

Remove the chocolate and place a layer of 1/2 apples in the center.

Return the chocolate to the apple.

Now evenly braid the strips of dough into a braid. Fold the last strip slightly under the chocolate.
STEP 8

Place the finished buns on a baking sheet, on a lined mat and cover with film. Leave for 10-15 minutes to proof. /Quickly prepare the second bun in the same way so that they rise at the same time/. When the buns become plump, carefully brush with milk and sprinkle nuts on top.
STEP 9

Immediately place in a hot oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 200 degrees. until blush. Let cool on a wire rack when ready.
STEP 10

Here are the cross-sections of the buns. Once cooled, it becomes denser, the layers of filling are preserved, the dough is soft, porous, and fluffy.
