    Cut the smoked meat product into thin slices (in my version, pork neck).

    Add salt and ground black pepper to mayonnaise.

    Cut one onion into thin rings, the other into half rings.

    We take a large dish, place an inverted glass in the center, and place the first layer of chopped smoked meat around it.

    Then we visually divide the circle into several approximately equal parts, as if they were the petals of a flower, and lay the grated cabbage on top.

A very beautiful salad design, elegant, even festive. It should be tasty and very healthy! It’s only a little unusual that the beets and carrots in it are raw; for holiday salads, these vegetables are often used boiled, then they have a milder taste. And I would pickle the onion. In general, this salad is a real storehouse of vitamins, I’ll definitely try to make it!

Thank you for your nice review! The recipe that I posted here is prepared exactly as I outlined. Yes, there are vitamins and lots of them. But there is smoked meat and mayonnaise, so it’s difficult to call it extremely healthy... You can afford such a salad sometimes. But it is incredibly tasty!!! But I can agree with you about onions: pickled onions can add their own piquant flavor and slight spiciness. I already tried adding this to this salad once, and it turned out well. But for decoration, fresh is still better, it holds its shape well and looks prettier! If you don’t want to put store-bought mayonnaise in it, make it homemade, or replace it with sour cream dressing with finely chopped herbs, ground black pepper, vinegar, salt (you can replace vinegar with lemon juice ). It will also be tasty, and much healthier!

I agree with you about sour cream dressing, it will be healthier) But first I still want to make it with mayonnaise, as in the recipe, and then I can try other options.
