My husband brought home a package of fermented baked milk... 6 boxes! The first thing that came to my mind when I saw this wealth was that we wouldn’t drink it all) The second thought was that we definitely had to make a jelly dessert. We all love him very much! Maria, the recipe is wonderful. The ratio of liquid to gelatin is just perfect. It turned out to be a delicious and healthy PP dessert made from fermented baked milk) The soufflé is not too dense, but not runny either, the consistency is just right. I prepared a lot of desserts, so for variety I added chicory to one part and cocoa to another. Added a little more sugar. All household members were happy)
