  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pp brownies with banana and cocoa in the oven? Very fast and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take soft, not overripe, but not hard greenish bananas. The skin of bananas should be a rich yellow color without black spots. Large, selected eggs are needed.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel ripe bananas and break into small pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

In a blender bowl, combine banana, eggs, cocoa and baking powder. Is it possible to replace baking powder with soda? This is not advisable in this recipe, because there is no acidic environment that could create a reaction with soda. Therefore, baking powder is quite enough. Read more about baking powder in the article, the link is at the end of this recipe. The sweetness from bananas is quite enough, but if you wish, you can add a little sweetener suitable for heat treatment.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Grind all ingredients until completely smooth. There should be no banana pieces in the dough. The eggs should be well beaten.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish lined with parchment (Ø 14-16 cm). Place the brownies in an oven preheated to 170°C for 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness of the dough with a wooden skewer - it should come out slightly damp, but clean, without any stuck pieces of dough. Time and temperature are approximate, use your oven as a guide. Read more in the article, link at the end of the recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place dark or bitter chocolate, previously broken into pieces, onto the still hot pie. Leave for 2-3 minutes until the chocolate softens. Spread the melted chocolate over the surface of the pie with a spatula. If you wish, you can first melt the chocolate in a saucepan and pour it over the still hot cake.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Let the cake cool completely and remove from the pan. Transfer to a plate and serve. My pie turned out finely porous, airy and very soft. Some people end up with a large-pore dessert. Depends on the oven and the degree of beating of the eggs in the blender. Bon appetit!

PP brownie with banana and cocoa turns out sooooo chocolatey in the oven, for those who love dark chocolate, this is it! My daughter also appreciated it, but it would be sweeter for my son :) baked in the form of small cupcakes.

I rarely cook PP baked goods, I just don’t come across recipes) And then I found such a great recipe for PP brownies with banana and cocoa in the oven in my feed! There is no sugar or flour in the composition, which is simply wonderful. Even my husband liked this brownie) At first I wanted to make half a portion, but after kneading the dough I realized that it wouldn’t be enough, so I added the other half of the ingredients. My bananas were large and ripe, and my eggs were also large, homemade. I beat it with a submersible blender for about three minutes, during which time the mass became smooth and homogeneous, and lightened slightly. I baked it in a glass pan, from which the brownies came out without difficulty. Baking time 40 minutes. We just finished the dark chocolate) I remembered that I have chocolates that simply melt instantly. I placed four candies on top of the finished pie and put them in the turned off oven for a minute. During this time, the candies melted and were easily spread over the surface with a spoon. We tried the brownie while it was still hot. It turned out that it was simply fabulous! The cake is similar in appearance to porous chocolate; it was well baked, but remained juicy. The consistency is smooth, without lumps or inclusions. Very tasty and chocolatey, especially in combination with icing. By the way, the brownie according to this recipe is not too sweet, everything is balanced. I recommend this wonderful recipe for dietary baking to everyone. Thank you, Maria!

I also made PP brownies with banana and cocoa in the oven. I immediately noticed this recipe in my feed and saved it in KK to cook later. But when such a wonderful and very appetizing photo report from Natalia appeared, I decided that I needed to cook urgently! I took the products according to the recipe; I took two types of cocoa, in the same quantities: regular and darker. I took a small, rectangular mold, like for cupcakes. I was very interested to see what I could make from eggs and bananas, without flour and sugar))) The result exceeded all expectations! It turned out to be a very tasty brownie, so tender, with a bright chocolate taste. The chocolate glaze complemented this dessert very well. I used dark chocolate. The sweetness is just perfect for me! But the family members asked for a little sweeter next time. I will make this dessert more than once. Such a great result is obtained with such a minimum of products! I'll try adding a little sugar. Yes, it won’t be PP anymore, but it’s so delicious! Maria, thank you very much for such an original recipe. I definitely recommend this recipe! Here is my photo report)))

I baked everything according to the recipe, but baked it in silicone muffin tins. Everything was baked in my oven in 20 minutes. Thanks for the recipe. Next time I'll try adding orange zest for flavor)

I really liked the recipe. I made a double portion and poured milk chocolate on top of the pie and sprinkled with crushed walnuts. The result was a very tasty and tender pie. I baked it in a springform pan with a diameter of 21 cm. It was just right in terms of sweetness. I advise everyone to cook it. I'm sure I'll make it again and again.

When there are overripe bananas left, you always need to make some kind of baked goods from them. Which is what I did. The recipe is very simple, just mix everything and you're done. Great time saver. I chopped a banana into a blender, added an egg, cocoa and baking powder. I whisked everything thoroughly. It was alcoholized cocoa that gave the dark color; regular cocoa won’t produce such a rich black. Pour the batter into the pan and bake as directed in the recipe. After cooking, I placed chocolate pieces on the finished cake. It turned out very tasty and Mega chocolatey.
