PP brownie with banana and cocoa in the oven
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make pp brownies with banana and cocoa in the oven? Very fast and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take soft, not overripe, but not hard greenish bananas. The skin of bananas should be a rich yellow color without black spots. Large, selected eggs are needed.
STEP 2
Peel ripe bananas and break into small pieces.
STEP 3
In a blender bowl, combine banana, eggs, cocoa and baking powder. Is it possible to replace baking powder with soda? This is not advisable in this recipe, because there is no acidic environment that could create a reaction with soda. Therefore, baking powder is quite enough. Read more about baking powder in the article, the link is at the end of this recipe. The sweetness from bananas is quite enough, but if you wish, you can add a little sweetener suitable for heat treatment.
STEP 4
Grind all ingredients until completely smooth. There should be no banana pieces in the dough. The eggs should be well beaten.
STEP 5
Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish lined with parchment (Ø 14-16 cm). Place the brownies in an oven preheated to 170°C for 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness of the dough with a wooden skewer - it should come out slightly damp, but clean, without any stuck pieces of dough. Time and temperature are approximate, use your oven as a guide. STEP 6
Place dark or bitter chocolate, previously broken into pieces, onto the still hot pie. Leave for 2-3 minutes until the chocolate softens. Spread the melted chocolate over the surface of the pie with a spatula. If you wish, you can first melt the chocolate in a saucepan and pour it over the still hot cake.
STEP 7
Let the cake cool completely and remove from the pan. Transfer to a plate and serve. My pie turned out finely porous, airy and very soft. Some people end up with a large-pore dessert. Depends on the oven and the degree of beating of the eggs in the blender. Bon appetit!
