Potatoes with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven

STEP 1

How to bake potatoes with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare everything on the list. You can use regular or cherry tomatoes.
STEP 2

Peel the potatoes, garlic and onions. Rinse everything in clean water. Dry the food with a kitchen towel to remove any remaining moisture.
STEP 3

Cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Cut the champignons into 2 or 4 parts, depending on the size of the mushrooms. Grate the cheese using a grater with large teeth.
STEP 4

Place potatoes and mushrooms in a large bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half, and then cut each half into thin slices. Chop the onion randomly and not coarsely. Chop the garlic finely or pass it through a press.
STEP 5

Add onions and garlic to potatoes with mushrooms. Salt to taste, add your favorite spices and pour in cream. Mix everything very well.
STEP 6

Place the ingredients in a baking dish.
STEP 7

Spread the tomatoes on top in an even layer, as in the photo. Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake until the potatoes are done. How long and at what temperature should food be baked? This completely depends on the capabilities of your oven, rely only on them. I baked for about 40 minutes at 220 degrees.
STEP 8

Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake until the cheese is browned. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
STEP 9

Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
