For dinner today I cooked potatoes with mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven. I cut up all the necessary ingredients. I took frozen mushrooms. I put everything in a baking dish, salted, pepper, poured cream and mixed well. I think the cream can be replaced with milk or even sour cream. I placed tomatoes on top. I set it to bake. About 15 minutes before the end of cooking, when the potatoes were already soft, I sprinkled grated cheese on everything and baked until it melted. The result was a tasty and satisfying dish. They harmonize perfectly with meat, although I liked it without it. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
