For dinner I cooked potatoes with meat in sour cream in the oven. The process is simple and straightforward, the main thing is to prepare the products, and the oven will handle the baking. I took the pork for the casserole with fat so that the potatoes were saturated with it and became juicy and tasty. I beat the pieces with a hammer through cling film to prevent splashes. I took twice as many potatoes to make two layers: top and bottom. I love it when the meat juices soak into the bottom layer of the potatoes. I didn’t chop the onion too much, I cut it into half rings. I increased the amount of sour cream filling so that it reached the top layer. I brushed the very top with pure sour cream for a golden crust. First I baked it under foil, and when I turned down the heat, I removed it. An hour later the casserole was completely ready. Almost all the liquid was absorbed, and some evaporated. It turned out very tasty! The potatoes became so soft, tender, rich in meat juice and fat. The pork was cooked perfectly, loaded with onions and became incredibly soft! A great option for a hearty dinner!
