An elementary, budget dish. Cook at least every day! I like potatoes in their skins baked in a rustic oven for their speed and simplicity. It turns out soft and tender on the inside, and has a delicious crispy crust on the outside.

    How to bake potatoes in their skins, baked in a rustic oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose tubers that are approximately the same size. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water and scrub with a stiff brush to remove any dirt.

    Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 pieces and rinse all slices under running water to remove excess starch. This will prevent the potatoes from falling apart when baking. Then place the washed potatoes on a paper towel and pat them very thoroughly on all sides so that not a drop of moisture remains anywhere.

    In a separate bowl, combine vegetable oil and chopped garlic. Add a little salt and spice to taste. Dry dill, paprika and ground pepper can be used as spices. You can also use ready-made seasoning for potatoes, or any other you like. Mix everything well.

    Dip each potato slice into this mixture, trying to cover it completely.

    Prepare a baking tray. Cover it with cooking paper and place all the potato slices so that they do not touch. Place the baking sheet with the potatoes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then place each potato on its side and leave in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Thanks for the good recipe! I really liked it! The potatoes turned out very tasty!👍 I fit (in a small baking tray) 8 small potatoes. I used more oil than in the recipe - 80 ml, I used a ready-made mixture for baking potatoes. I baked it at the recommended temperature and time, as in the recipe, only I browned a little more of the other side for 5-7 minutes, i.e. browned on three sides)))

This dish will definitely never get boring and will appeal to almost everyone. Hot, crispy, fragrant potatoes - just lick your fingers. The recipe is excellent, but I didn’t dare cook it in the peel. Suitable for all occasions: for dinner, for nature, and for a holiday table.

They cooked it not in the oven, but in a barbecue grill, on skewers. Breadcrumbs were also added to the marinade! It turned out to be a fried crust with tender potatoes inside! Simply amazing!

Country-style potatoes are a very good way to feed your family quickly and inexpensively. I took olive oil. Among the spices, I liked paprika, rosemary, basil and a mixture of dried vegetables. I added minimal salt. The dish was prepared quickly. The aroma of garlic goes well with new potatoes and chopped parsley. Delicious golden slices look appetizing and beautiful. I recommend these potatoes in case of unexpected guests or if you need to quickly feed the family!
