Potato roll with minced meat in the oven

STEP 1
We prepare products according to the list.

Peel and wash the potatoes.
STEP 3
Pour cold water into the pan and wait for it to boil; add the potatoes, which can be cut into two or three parts for faster cooking, but so that all the pieces are approximately the same in size. Cook until done for 25-30 minutes.

Drain the water, let the potatoes cool and grate them on a coarse grater. You can also rub it through a not very fine sieve until it becomes mushy.

Then add salt, pepper to taste, one raw chicken egg, a little sifted flour to the potato mixture and mix everything well.

Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste and mix.

Cut a piece of cling film of a suitable size. Lubricate it with vegetable oil.

Place mashed potatoes on cling film in an even, rectangular layer.

Place the prepared sausage-shaped minced meat in the middle.

Brush the edges of the layer with beaten egg.

Using cling film, roll up the roll.

Then place the roll on a greased baking sheet. Place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add mayonnaise.
