Potato pancakes with meat filling

STEP 1
We prepare the necessary products for making potato pancakes.
STEP 2
Finely chop the onion and place it in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and add to the onion.
STEP 3
Fry for 10 minutes, stirring well, add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 4
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Squeeze out excess liquid from grated potatoes.
STEP 6
Break 2 chicken eggs into potatoes.
STEP 7
Add 2 tablespoons. flour, 2 cloves of pressed garlic, salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 9
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 10
Cut the ham into cubes for the second type of filling.
STEP 11
Chop the dill and parsley.
STEP 12
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat the stove. Spread the potato mixture in an even, thin layer in a hot frying pan.

Fry well on both sides.
STEP 14
Add mayonnaise to half of our potato pancakes.
STEP 15
Place ham or chicken, grated cheese and herbs on mayonnaise.
STEP 16
Fold the potato pancake in half and place it on a plate.
