Potato casserole with sausages and cheese in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Preparing products for casserole. Peel and wash the vegetables. Sort through, wash the parsley (you can also take a couple of green onions), drain. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, stirring.
STEP 2
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a pan of boiling water. After the water boils again, cook the potatoes for 2 minutes. Place in a colander and let the water drain.
STEP 3
Cut the sausages into slices, the onion into thin half rings.
STEP 4
Place the prepared products in a deep baking tray or baking dish greased with a thin layer of melted butter: onions, sausages, potatoes. Pour some melted butter and olive oil on top, sprinkle with a mixture of dry herbs, salt, and ground black pepper to taste.
STEP 5
Repeat the layers, pour the remaining oil again and sprinkle with the rest of the dry herbs. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with a sheet of foil or a lid.
STEP 6
Stir occasionally.
STEP 7
After 45 minutes, pour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
STEP 8
Place back in the oven, removing the foil or lid, and cook for another 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the casserole is browned.
STEP 9
Decorate the finished dish with parsley, you can sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bon appetit!
