Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Mash with a masher and leave aside for a while.

In a bowl, beat the eggs until smooth, add cream and salt.

And stir very well. Pour the mixture into the potatoes and mix everything thoroughly.
