Potato casserole with champignons in a slow cooker

STEP 1

To prepare a delicious potato casserole with mushrooms, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices.

Not very finely chop three hundred grams of champignons.
STEP 3

Place the chopped champignons to fry in a slow cooker, adding vegetable oil to taste, which we distribute well with a brush.
STEP 4

Not very finely chop two heads of onions.
STEP 5

Add chopped onions to the slow cooker with the mushrooms.
STEP 6

Mix the mushrooms and onions well and fry for about twenty minutes, remembering to stir with a spatula.
STEP 7

Grate five potatoes on a coarse grater into a deep bowl.
STEP 8

We also grate one carrot into a bowl on a coarse grater.
STEP 9

Break two chicken eggs into a bowl with vegetables and thoroughly stir all the ingredients until smooth.
STEP 10

Add a mixture of peppers and salt to the bowl with a homogeneous vegetable mass to taste.
STEP 11

Place the homogeneous vegetable mass with the egg from a large bowl into the multicooker and mix thoroughly, pressing well with a spatula.
STEP 12

Turn the multicooker on to baking mode and, closing the lid, cook the casserole for forty minutes, then let the casserole simmer for twenty minutes with the multicooker turned off.
STEP 13
