Next, place the ribs so that they are on top - so that the juice from the meat drips onto the potatoes, due to which they will become tasty and soft. Tie up your sleeve.

Pierce it in several places with a toothpick to allow steam to escape from the sleeve.
STEP 9
Place the baking sheet with the sleeve in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour. Keep in mind that the bag will swell during baking; place the dish on the lower rack so that there is room for this. 15 minutes before the end, remove the baking sheet, cut the bag and return to the oven.
