  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make marinated pork ribs in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. The aroma of honey when baked will be very strong, so for those who don’t really like it, it’s better to reduce the amount of honey or eliminate it altogether.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the ribs in running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut them into pieces. You should not cut one rib at a time, as this will make the meat very dry. Place the pieces in a baking dish or large bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

How to make a soy marinade for baking ribs in the oven? Mix honey, soy sauce and pepper in a separate bowl. Stir. Since the marinade is made with soy sauce, there is no need to add salt. But, if you wish, you can always add your favorite spices and salt. Focus on your taste preferences.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour marinade over prepared ribs and stir evenly. Cover the pan with foil and refrigerate for at least two hours, or even more. Turn the ribs over periodically.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

After a while, place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about an hour. Time and temperature are approximate, be guided by your taste preferences. Serve the ribs in the soy-honey marinade hot. Potatoes, rice, pasta are suitable as a side dish. Add tomato sauce or ketchup if desired. Bon appetit!

I like pork ribs in the oven for their simplicity, speed of preparation and excellent taste. At first I wanted to bake the whole rib, but then I changed my mind and divided the ribs one by one. This makes it easier to take them to your plate. In addition to honey and soy sauce, I added homemade adjika for a little spiciness. I listened to the author’s advice and reduced the amount of honey to one spoon; it seemed to me that otherwise the honey would overwhelm all the smells and tastes. I baked it for almost an hour, during which time I turned the ribs twice with tongs so that the meat could better absorb the marinade. The result was delicious, flavorful ribs with soft, juicy meat. With a little spice, a little sweet. I basement with a side dish of rice. Homemade tkemali and adjika went well with the ribs.
