Pork pilaf in a deep frying pan

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To cook 6 servings of delicious pilaf in a frying pan, you need to take a glass of rice, 400 grams of pork, one carrot and onion, 7 tablespoons of vegetable oil and a teaspoon of salt and seasoning for pilaf.
STEP 2
Cut the pork into small cubes.
STEP 3
Place the chopped meat in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil. The frying pan must have thick walls and high sides.
STEP 4
After a minute, the meat will release juice, leave it to fry and begin preparing the remaining ingredients.
STEP 5
Cut the onion in the same way as meat, into small cubes.
STEP 6
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 7
Rinse the rice with cold water.
STEP 8
While the vegetables were chopped and the rice was washed, the moisture from the meat evaporated and the pork pieces browned.
STEP 9
Add chopped onion to the fried pork in a frying pan.
STEP 10
Mix the meat and onions and fry for another two minutes.

Then reduce the heat under the frying pan to a minimum and add grated carrots to the meat.

Distribute the carrots evenly over the fried pork with onions.

Sprinkle a layer of carrots with salt and seasoning for pilaf.

Now, place the washed rice on top of the carrot layer.

Carefully level the rice grains so that the carrot layer is covered.

Pour 3 cups of water into the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid and leave the pilaf to cook over low heat for 50 minutes.
STEP 18
Remove the finished pilaf in a frying pan with pork from the stove and serve hot.
