Pork on a baking sheet in the oven

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to bake pork on a baking sheet in the oven? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. What kind of meat is better to take? A fresh piece of pork will do, it could be loin, neck or tenderloin. You can use meat on the bone or just pulp. Cut the pork into small portions or steaks about 1.5 cm thick. Rinse and dry the meat to remove any remaining water.
STEP 2

Prepare the marinade. Pour unscented olive or vegetable oil into the blender bowl. Cut the chili pepper into small pieces and add to the oil. Adjust the amount of pepper to your taste or omit it altogether if you don’t like it spicy. Add dry spices to the bowl to taste. This can be any seasoning that you use most often. For the recipe, I took garlic powder, paprika, marjoram, salt and garden savory.
STEP 3

Beat everything until smooth.
STEP 4

Pour the marinade over the pork pieces. Using massaging movements, distribute throughout the meat.
STEP 5

Place the pork in a bag, close and leave for 30 minutes. I usually don’t put it in the refrigerator; I leave it at room temperature. You can also use a food container for pickling instead of a bag.
STEP 6

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place pork in one even layer on baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven and leave to bake for 30-40 minutes. Set the temperature within 180-200 degrees. Be prepared for the fact that the baking time and temperature may differ from those indicated in the recipe; this completely depends on the oven model and its capabilities.
STEP 7

5-10 minutes before readiness, turn on the convection mode. Also, a few minutes before the end of cooking, the meat can be greased with a small amount of marinade using a silicone brush (literally 2 tsp of oil, a pinch of red sweet pepper). This will give the finished dish a very beautiful and appetizing look. If your oven bakes well and an appetizing crust has already formed on the pieces, then this step can be omitted.
STEP 8

Fresh and baked vegetables, salads and all kinds of sauces go well with pork on a baking sheet.
STEP 9

Done, serve hot!
