STEP 1
How to bake pork neck in foil in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Any vegetable oil will do. I have sunflower. You can replace fresh garlic cloves with 1 tbsp. l. dry garlic. Instead of the neck, you can use this recipe to cook any other part of the carcass in one piece, for example, ham or carbonate.
STEP 2
Rinse the pork neck thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
STEP 3
Now prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic cloves passed through a press, paprika, chili, and ground black pepper. Beat everything with a fork until smooth. If you wish, you can add or replace spices to your taste.
STEP 4
Pour the marinade over the pork neck and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Turn the neck over periodically so that it marinates evenly on all sides.
STEP 5
Remove meat from marinade and place on a sheet of foil. It is advisable to take not a single, but a double sheet of foil.
STEP 6
Wrap the pork in foil, raising the edges of the foil up so that the juices do not leak out during baking.
STEP 7
Transfer the meat in foil to a baking sheet or baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 1 hour.
STEP 8
Then unfold the foil and bake the pork for about 30 minutes at 180°C, brushing with marinade, until golden brown. Pierce the meat with a knife: if the knife goes in easily and light juice flows, then it is ready, if the juice is pink or red, you need to continue cooking
STEP 9
Transfer the finished meat to a plate and cut into slices. Serve the baked pork neck with a fresh vegetable salad and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
