STEP 1
How to make pork with onions and tomatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the pork pulp into oblong thin pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
STEP 3
Wash the tomatoes and cut into medium-thick slices.
STEP 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the meat in one layer. Fry over high heat on one side until golden brown. If you fry the meat over a high enough heat, then all the juice will remain inside and will not flow out, the meat will be juicier.
STEP 5
Fry for about 7 minutes and turn the meat over. Now fry on the other side for about 5 minutes.
STEP 6
Add onion to the frying pan with the meat. Stir and continue cooking over medium heat. Fry for 5 minutes.
STEP 7
During this time, the onion will get tired well. Next, salt the meat and add a mixture of ground peppers or a mixture of peppercorns. You can season the pork with ground black pepper or other seasonings to your liking, for example, “Meat” seasoning.
STEP 8
Add tomatoes. Mix everything. You can also add a little salt for the tomatoes. Don't add water, we'll simmer everything in our own juice.
STEP 9
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat and tomatoes in the pan over moderate heat for about 15-20 minutes. During this time, you can mix everything a couple of times. Before turning off, taste the meat for salt, spices and readiness. If you are satisfied with everything, then turn off the heat and serve the pork. When serving, the dish can be sprinkled with fresh herbs.
