STEP 1
How to stew pork meat in beer in a frying pan? Very simple. To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. What meat can you take besides pork? Any. Beef, lamb, chicken or turkey will do. But keep in mind that the calorie content and cooking time of the dish will change. Take any beer to suit your taste: dark or light. With dark beer, the sauce will be richer in taste and darker in color.
STEP 2
Wash the pork, dry it and cut into medium pieces. Pork needs no bones, just pulp. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. This could be a ham, shoulder, carbonate, neck, tenderloin, etc. I have a ham.

Peel the onions and cut into half rings.
STEP 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the pork and fry, stirring, for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 5
Pour in the beer and simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes until the pork is soft. At the end of the stew, pour the sauce from the pan into a bowl.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the onion, cut into half rings, into the pan with the pork.

Return the beer sauce to the pan with the meat. Simmer everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
STEP 9
