STEP 1

How to make fried pork pieces in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Wash the meat and be sure to dry it thoroughly. This can be done using paper towels or thick napkins. Now cut the meat into pieces approximately 3*3 centimeters in size. This is the optimal size of pieces, since smaller pieces will dry out, and larger pieces may not be cooked in that amount of time. And we will definitely cut the meat across the grain, this will allow the meat to become tender and not rubbery.
STEP 3

Place the meat in a bowl and add spices to it. I use dry adjika and black pepper, but you can use any at your discretion. Only the quantity depends on their composition and severity. Mix well so that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
STEP 4

Pour half the vegetable oil into the bowl with the meat and stir.
STEP 5

Pour the remaining oil into the frying pan and place over high heat. Place the pieces of meat, be careful not to get burned, the juice will splash. Fry the meat over high heat, stirring, for 8 minutes. Mix vinegar and water and pour into the pan.
STEP 6

Simmer the meat over medium heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.
STEP 7

Peel the onion, rinse and thinly cut into quarters. Add the onion to the pan with the meat.
STEP 8

Rinse the parsley and dill, shake off the water and chop.
STEP 9

Mix the meat with onions and herbs, close the lid and leave on low heat for two minutes.
STEP 10

Remove the lid from the pan, stir again and remove from heat.
STEP 11
