STEP 1
How to fry juicy and tender pork chops in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Use fresh meat. Pork for chops can be taken with small inclusions of lard. When frying, the fat will melt, and the meat will be juicy and soft. Remove the meat from the refrigerator in advance. It should be at room temperature. Using a sharp knife, cut the pork into portions.
STEP 2
Cover the pieces with cling film and beat them a little using a meat mallet. The film is necessary in order not to damage the structure of the meat fibers when beating, and also to prevent splashes of meat juice from flying in different directions.
STEP 3
Sprinkle the chopped meat with salt and spices. Use your hands to rub everything into the meat. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
STEP 4
Before frying meat, pour a little flour into a flat plate. Dredge all pieces of meat in flour.
STEP 5
Heat the frying pan very well and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the meat in the pan so that the pieces do not touch each other. Fry 2-3 chops at a time. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 6
Then turn the meat over to the other side and fry again for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid. Let the chops rest a little for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the meat juice will be evenly distributed throughout the entire piece. Pork chops in batter in a frying pan are ready. These chops can be served with baked potatoes, baked or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
