    Remove the selected cheese from the packaging, cut off the shell if necessary. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I choose semi-hard cheese, but you can use any you like or have at home.

I baked the pork chops in the oven with cheese for about 20 minutes. At the fifteenth minute I looked into the oven; the cheese on the chops had already turned into an appetizing crust. A delicious aroma spread throughout the house. After keeping the meat in the oven for a while, I took out the baking sheet and let the meat cool.
