Pork carbonate in the oven is a delicious dish that is perfect both as a main dish and as an appetizer! The meat was washed and dried. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, meat spices, salt, lemon juice. Placed the meat in a bowl and coated the meat on all sides with the resulting marinade. Covered it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for a day (in the morning I marinated the meat). And in the evening I put the meat in a baking dish, covered it with foil and baked it at 200° for 1.5 hours in the oven. Then I opened the foil and left for another 15 minutes. The aroma was amazing! The meat turned out very tender, juicy and tasty!!!! I tried this marinade for the first time, I took note!
