Pork belly baked in two sauces

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To cook pork belly in the oven, take all the necessary ingredients. Use your favorite tomato sauce; the sauce can be replaced with tomato ketchup. You can also use mustard of any severity. The brisket should be washed under running water, dried with a paper towel, and the skin should be thoroughly cleaned with a knife.
STEP 2
In a deep plate, combine tomato sauce, soy sauce, mustard, honey, oil, salt, ground black pepper and mix. The marinade will be glossy and homogeneous. Using a silicone brush, brush the brisket with marinade on all sides and leave to marinate on the kitchen counter for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Place the brisket in a baking dish and pour a little water into it.
STEP 4
Sprinkle the brisket with sliced garlic and broken bay leaf, place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees without convection. Remove brisket from oven. Grease it with the remaining marinade and bake for another 20-25 minutes. You can serve the brisket either hot or cold – it’s equally delicious.
