Beef Stroganoff is not only a delicious dish, but also quick to prepare! Having sent the meat to fry in a frying pan, I put water on the fire for the spaghetti. As a result, the meat and side dish were ready at the same time. I prepared a dish from pork pulp. Having cut the meat into cubes, rolled them in flour and fried them together with the onion for several minutes. Then poured in sour cream diluted in water, added bay leaf, salt and a little pepper. I simmered pork stroganoff with gravy in a frying pan with a lid for 25 minutes. The gravy turned out thick, velvety, fragrant, with a pleasant creamy taste. The meat became soft and juicy, the combination with the gravy is simply wonderful! I’ll take note of the recipe. Thanks a lot!

I really wanted beef stroganoff, but there was no broth. Added milk to the sour cream. Usually the sour cream would separate, but now it turned out to be a very delicate, sour cream sauce. Thank you, very tasty!
