  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pork and chicken cutlets? Prepare your food. From chicken meat, it is better to take breast fillet. Take pork with a small amount of lard available - the cutlets will turn out juicier. Cut the loaf into pieces and soak in milk. It is better if it is not fresh, but a little stale - such bread will better absorb meat juices.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pass the pork and chicken fillet through a meat grinder or scroll in a blender to make minced meat. Place the prepared minced meat into a spacious bowl in which you will prepare the cutlet mixture.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and pass through a meat grinder, following the meat. Do the same with the soaked loaf. Squeeze out a little excess milk from the loaf before adding it to the grinder. Add everything to the bowl. Break one egg into the minced meat. If you prepare minced meat without a meat grinder, you can grate the onion, and simply squeeze out the bread and knead it with your hands.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add a little salt and spices to taste. I usually add dried herbs and ground black pepper to the cutlets.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix the cutlet mass well with your hands until smooth, so that all ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves. Beat the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl. To do this, simply lift the minced meat with your hands and throw it into the bowl. Do this several times. This is necessary so that the cutlet mass becomes denser and the cutlets do not fall apart during cooking.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Use your hands to form small round or oval patties and roll them in breadcrumbs. You can take ready-made crackers or make them yourself at home.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it for frying. Place the formed cutlets on it and fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown. Cook each side for about 5 minutes to give the meat time to cook. To be sure at the end, you can cover the pan with a lid and leave the cutlets like that for a couple of minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Ready-made cutlets can be served as a separate dish or supplemented with a side dish of mashed potatoes, rice or spaghetti. Serve the cutlets hot. Bon appetit!

The most delicious cutlets made from mixed minced meat. But I cook with pork and beef. I think it would work well with chicken too.

Our family really loves cutlets, and the child especially likes to steal them from the table) I always cooked either pork or chicken cutlets, and then I came across your recipe. I really wanted to try your recipe for pork and chicken cutlets. I took equal amounts of chicken and pork so that it was not too fatty for the child. In addition to the onions, I added a couple more cloves of garlic to the cutlet mass. Instead of dried herbs, I decided to season the minced meat with 1 tsp ground coriander. As a side dish I prepared buckwheat for the adults and pasta for the child. The cutlets flew away with a bang! Easy to prepare, proven and very good recipe! The pork and chicken cutlets turned out juicy, soft, filling and appetizing. Now I will continue to cook such cutlets for the whole family! Thank you!

I’m so glad I found this recipe for Pork and Chicken Cutlets! I usually cooked chicken cutlets only from chicken and, naturally, they turned out a little dry. Adding butter to the minced meat didn’t even save the situation. And this time I added a piece of pork fat with meat to the minced chicken. And everything worked out! The cutlets are really very juicy. The only thing is that I never add an egg when preparing cutlets, I just beat the minced meat well on a plate. Thanks to the author for the tip!

When preparing the cutlets, I used pork and replaced the chicken with turkey. Poultry fillet is famous for being dry, but in a duet with pork, everything turned out great! I placed bread soaked in milk into the minced meat. For the bunch I broke one egg. I didn’t have breadcrumbs on hand, so I decided to simmer the cutlets at the end of frying, adding a little water. This added extra juiciness.
