Simple buns are delicious either on their own or with filling. Simple, tasty and suitable for both sweet fillings and salad and cheese fillings. The taste is similar to profiteroles.

The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps, thick like pancakes or a little thicker,

Fill it halfway with dough and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Bake for 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 and bake for another 10 minutes. If during this time the buns are not cooked longer, the time depends on your oven

Wow!! on milk! no yeast! no mayonnaise!!! Great! Of course, as always, I’ll try with “different oil” and try to partially replace the flour with bran, and dilute the milk with soybean, but this is just my vital necessity.
