    How to make a poached egg in a bag? Prepare all the necessary products. Basically, we only need an egg and salt. We will be salting the finished dish, so you can use Svan or Adyghe salt rather than ordinary table salt. A home-made egg or the CO category is preferable. They are not only large in size, but also have a brightly colored yolk, which adds brightness to the dish. Read all the subtleties of choosing eggs in the article at the end of this recipe.

    Prepare a small bowl. Place a piece of cling film on top so that the ends hang freely at the edges.

    Using a pastry brush, brush the film with a drop of any vegetable oil.

    Rinse the egg well. Pay special attention to this process, because... the surface of the eggshell contains a large number of bacteria. Wash the eggs in warm water, preferably using a special brush and food detergent. Nowadays there are already washed eggs on sale, so you can use them, but keep in mind that their shelf life is usually shorter than regular eggs.

    Gently crack the egg into the film, making sure to keep the yolk intact. Lift the edges of the film and tie it into a knot. Try not to leave any air inside.

    Boil water in a saucepan. Carefully lower the egg covered in film into the boiling water. Cook at a constant low simmer for 4-5 minutes. The white should be well set and the yolk should be half cooked.

    Remove the film with the egg from the pan and cool slightly.

    Carefully separate the film from the egg itself and salt the finished product. If you wish, season the egg with some of your favorite spices: ground hot pepper, garlic powder or paprika, preferably smoked, it will be very appropriate. Or maybe you decide to sprinkle the finished poached egg with fresh dill or green onions - choose to your taste.

Thanks to the beautiful and appetizing photos, I fell in love with eggs) Previously, I was reluctant to eat boring scrambled eggs, an ordinary omelet and ordinary boiled eggs, but now I find such masterpieces that my appetite works up in seconds and I run to prepare myself a delicious breakfast. Here, for example, is this recipe. It looks like it only contains egg and salt, but it turned out so delicious! I have never cooked a poached egg in a bag before; it was not clear how to cook a raw egg. And now there is a solution! It turns out that you can do this much easier by boiling it in cling film. I have cooked homemade sausages in film more than once and I know that there is no foreign smell or taste from it. I think nothing harmful will happen in such a short time. I forgot to grease the film with oil, but the egg came away from it without any problems and did not stick. Cooked for exactly 4 minutes. To make the breakfast more filling, I fried some toast in advance. I cut out a flower from toasted bread with a notch and fried it in butter. I laid the egg on top, cut it, salted it, peppered it and sprinkled it with green onions for added beauty and usefulness. Oh, how beautiful and tasty it is! The yolk remained liquid, so appetizing, I dipped the crouton into it and enjoyed the process) Such a simple recipe, and so tasty! The egg turned out just right, so I recommend the recipe.

I made a poached egg in a bag using this recipe. I often cook poached eggs for breakfast, but I haven’t tried them in a bag yet. I don’t particularly like to wash the pan after poaching eggs; it’s normal for the whites to stick to the bottom. And then an interesting cooking option interested me. Lined a bowl with cling film, greased it with oil, broke an egg, gathered the ends of the film into a pile, releasing the air. I couldn’t tie the film, it was sticky, I tied it with a rubber band) Cooked it in boiling water over low heat for 3 minutes so that the white would set and the yolk would remain liquid. I took out the egg, took it out of the film, the egg in the bag looks very beautiful, and the saucepan is completely clean, which cannot but make me happy. Placed a poached egg on a slice of bran bread, lightly salted it and garnished with green onions. How delicious it is! The yolk spreads over the bread, it’s beautiful, satisfying and appetizing.
