Plum jam with walnuts, Georgian style, seedless
Incredibly delicious, with an alluring aroma - a sweet tooth's dream! Preparing plum jam with seedless walnuts is not at all difficult, but it turns out simply amazingly tasty. The cozy aroma of cinnamon, the slight spiciness of ginger, the pleasant nutty flavor - this plum jam will not leave anyone indifferent!
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Products for cooking.
STEP 2

Wash the plums, dry them, cut them in half and remove the pits.
STEP 3

Place the plums in a cooking pan and cover with sugar.
STEP 4

Then add water and cook over low heat until it boils.
STEP 5

Grate the ginger.
STEP 6

As soon as it boils, skim off the foam and add cinnamon and ginger, stir and leave to simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam.
STEP 7

Chop walnuts.
STEP 8

After the time has passed, remove the jam from the stove, cool and add nuts.
STEP 9

Place the finished jam into sterilized jars and close the lids tightly. The jam should be stored in a cool place.
