The kids will really like it! A simple recipe for amazingly delicious jam! Plum jam goes great with tea, I usually use it as a filling for buns or a pie, my children love it.

    Wash and dry the plums thoroughly.

    We remove the seeds from the fruits. We remove everything that has a hint of foulbrood from the general heap.

    In an enamel bowl, mix sugar and water, bringing it to boiling water. Transfer the plums to this boiling water.

    Cooking lasts half an hour, give or take a few minutes, or a little more. The degree of ripeness of the plum plays a significant role. Check the fruits, if they have become soft, this is a sure sign of readiness.

    We turn the boiled plum mass into puree using a food processor or a simple meat grinder.

    Return the puree to the bowl and boil again. As the plum liquid begins to bubble, lower the cooking temperature. Next, cook for about an hour, evaporating the moisture from the sweet fruit mass. Ideal plum jam should not be runny.

I love jam) Especially plum jam, but I made it using your recipe for the first time. I really enjoyed cooking it according to your recipe, the consistency of the jam turned out to be homogeneous. The taste reminded me very much of jam prepared according to the recipes of my beloved grandmother. I also really liked the simplicity and at the same time economy of the recipe.
