  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make simple pancakes using one egg? Prepare everything you need for this. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. This is necessary to make the pancakes more tender.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare the pancake dough, take a comfortable deep bowl to prevent splashes when using the mixer. Pour milk into the bowl and add the egg. By the way, milk can be diluted a little with water. These pancakes will be more elastic.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then pour in a little vegetable oil, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Add sugar to your taste. If you like sweet pancakes, add a little more sugar.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Gradually add flour and knead the pancake dough.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The finished dough should be homogeneous, without lumps of flour. It will be quite liquid. Only from this dough will thin pancakes be obtained. Based on the amount of flour, be guided by the desired consistency of the dough. The thicker the dough, the thicker the finished pancakes will be.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Lightly grease a frying pan with oil and heat until hot. Pour a little pancake batter and spread it over the entire surface, tilting the pan in different directions. Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side over low heat.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The finished pancakes will turn golden brown. Stack them on top of each other on a large, flat plate. You can keep them covered so they don't dry out.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Ready-made pancakes can be supplemented with sour cream, condensed milk, jam or jam. Enjoy your meal!

My family really loves pancakes, so I bake them often. The task is quite monotonous, so for variety I try to cook according to different recipes (so that I don’t get bored standing at the stove). Today I made simple pancakes with 1 egg, cooked strictly according to the recipe. The pancakes turned out good, moderately thin and very sweet. It is unlikely that you will need jam or condensed milk to serve them; sour cream sauce or some kind of sour berry jam would be more suitable. In any case - very tasty!
