    Cut the sausage into cubes. Cut the loaf diagonally. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix cheese, butter and garlic.

Today I needed to quickly prepare breakfast without much effort. I found this interesting recipe for pizza in a bun. I just had a loaf, it was yesterday’s, but soft. I decided to cut it just like in the recipe, with a mesh. For the filling, I had a piece of sausage, processed cheese, a piece of hard cheese and frozen butter, which already had herbs and garlic. Melt the butter in the microwave. It was more convenient for me to lubricate the inside of the cuts with a silicone brush, and then stuff the cuts with sausage and melted cheese. Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top and lay out tomato slices. I baked it as in the recipe for 20 minutes in foil and 5 minutes without it, at the end I turned on the grill. The loaf turned out delicious! The crust is pleasantly crunchy, and inside there is a soft bun soaked in melted cheese and aromatic butter. The cheese on top also melted and flowed a little inside. The pieces that we broke off from the loaf looked very appetizing; the cheese was stretching. Such tenderness) Excellent recipe, convenient, quick and tasty!
