  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

To prepare the dough, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Heat the water until warm, approximately 35 degrees. Sift the flour through a sieve a couple of times to saturate it with oxygen. We will use dry yeast, which can be added directly to the flour. Oil can be used either olive or vegetable.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

The first step is to place the liquid ingredients in the bread machine bowl. Pour warm water and olive oil into it.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add salt. Then add sifted flour and, as the last ingredient, dry yeast.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the bowl in the bread maker, close the lid and turn on the “Dough” mode. For me it lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. During this time, the dough will knead well and rise. I usually monitor the degree of kneading so that a full-fledged dough ball is formed.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The finished dough will rise well. You can immediately use it to make pizza. Remove the dough from the bread machine bowl and roll it out to the required size.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

From this amount of dough you get three pizzas with a diameter of 25-30 centimeters or 10 such small pizzas. The filling of the pizza can be absolutely anything and can be limited only by your imagination. Cook with pleasure!

My son asked me to make two pizzas for his birthday: one with sausage, the other with mushrooms. To prepare the base for the first pizza, I chose a recipe for pizza dough in a bread machine. Kneading the dough in a bread machine is as easy as pie. I prepared it using the amount of ingredients suggested in the recipe. 50 ml more water was needed. The “Dough” mode on my bread machine lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. The dough turned out great. It is quite sticky, but greasing your hands and baking sheet with vegetable oil solves this problem. The dough is very elastic and does not tear. Stretching it into a thin layer for the pizza base is not difficult. I baked the pizza at 190 degrees for 15 minutes. The pizza turned out to be large, 40 cm. If the size of the baking sheet had allowed, it would have been even larger. The base turned out soft and quite fluffy. The birthday boy was pleased with such a festive dinner, which is the most important thing for me. Julia, thank you very much for the recipe!

Making pizza dough in a bread machine is much easier than kneading it by hand, since this function is performed by smart technology. All that remains is to pour in warm water and oil (I took vegetable oil), add flour, salt and yeast and set the “Dough” program. In this program, my bread maker worked for 1 hour 03 minutes. I took the ingredients for the dough for 3 servings so that the pizza would not be too thick. The dough turned out soft and slightly sticky. I rolled it in flour, placed it in a large frying pan and spread it over the surface with my hands. Then I added the filling - ketchup, sausage, tomatoes, pickled cucumber and cheese. I baked the pizza for 20 minutes at 220°. The pizza crumb came out fluffy and soft. Despite the fact that the dough was kneaded without sugar or baked goods, from the simplest products, the crumb turned out to be aromatic, pleasant to the taste, and the pizza was very tasty! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Good afternoon I’ve never made pizza at home, you didn’t write, should you fry the dough or put the ingredients directly on top of the raw dough?
