STEP 1
How to bake pink salmon with rice in the oven? Prepare your food. I used already prepared fillet. If you have a whole fish, then fillet it yourself. Take steamed rice - it will not stick together when cooked. Choose a set of spices and herbs to suit your taste.

Cut the pink salmon fillet into portions, add salt, basil, Provençal herbs, and lemon juice.

Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it finely.
STEP 4
Add parsley to the fish and stir. Cover the bowl with fish and leave to marinate. In the meantime, move on to other products.

Peel the onions, wash them, cut them into small cubes.

Peel the carrots, wash them, grate them on a coarse grater.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion, stirring, for 5 minutes. Keep the heat low so the onions don't burn.

Add carrots to the onion and stir. Fry the vegetables until soft, stirring occasionally.

Rinse the rice well several times, changing the water. As a result, the water should become as clear as possible. Thoroughly washing the grain will ensure fluffy rice.

Place the rice in boiling salted water. Cook the rice over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, until almost done. Place the rice in a sieve and rinse it well with boiling water. Let the water drain.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and spread the boiled rice in an even layer.

Arrange the fried vegetables evenly on top of the rice.

Brush the top of the fish with sour cream.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Hard or semi-hard cheese is suitable for this dish. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

Bake pink salmon with rice in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes until the cheese crust is golden brown. If the cheese browns prematurely, cover the pan with foil. Serve the pink salmon with rice hot. Bon appetit!
