From the description it looks like heh, but we love him very much) So I immediately started marinating the fresh fillet. The fish was large, so I removed the skin; in my opinion, it was very thick. The pieces were cut thin so that the fish marinated faster. As indicated in the description, I mixed the pieces with salt and sugar and then placed them in jars alternating with onions. I got two half liter jars. When I poured the marinade, I used a wooden stick to help the liquid pass through all the layers of fish and onions. I marinated it for two days in the refrigerator. During this time, the already white fish became even whiter, this is the effect of vinegar. She was also imbued with the taste and smell of onions. It turned out delicious, there is a sweet and sour aftertaste. The fish was all marinated, it’s just perfect, otherwise I was worried) A great way to prepare a delicious spicy appetizer.
