Pies with tomatoes and sausage mini pizza

Easy to prepare savory cheesecakes you will love! Fast. Just. Tasty. To keep everyone in the family well-fed, you have to diversify the menu. Especially with buns. This time I made yeast cheesecakes a la pizza, since children enjoy pizza, but making it all the time is boring.

I’ve been wanting to bake mini pizzas for a long time. I like the idea of making small portioned pizzas, they’re easy to prepare and very convenient to eat. I found a suitable recipe on the website - mini pizza pies with tomatoes and sausage. I started by preparing pizza dough, made it into 6 servings, calculating the amount of ingredients using the calculator on the website. I let the dough rise, placing it in a warm place for 2 hours (an hour more than the recipe calls for). The dough increased 2.5 times, it turned out soft, tender, fluffy and very easy to work with. I formed six flatbreads out of it with my hands, and placed a piece of beef sausage and a tomato slice on each one. Next, according to the recipe, it was necessary to add champignons and mozzarella, but since I didn’t have them, I skipped these steps and immediately put the grated cheese on the tomatoes. I baked the mini-pizzas for 15 minutes. They turned out very tasty! The crumb of the dough was soft, airy, and finely porous. The dough flatbreads grew in the oven and became even more fluffy. The tomato turned out to be very soft and tasted just like fresh. The cheese was well baked, turning into a delicious crust. My husband and I ate pizza while it was still hot. Delight! Thank you so much for the recipe!

There is no point in fiddling with yeast dough and ending up baking boiled sausage. This hot sandwich can simply be prepared on white bread. Pizza is distinguished by a thin layer of dough, which is not in the proposed recipe.

It may not make sense, but I often use yeast dough and bake all sorts of things for the children, that’s why I have this recipe. Otherwise, you can just make a sandwich and not bother with anything at all.

Cool recipe! I think these little pizzas would be a good hearty breakfast and snack. Only I would replace the yeast dough with yeast-free dough or an omelette altogether. And of course it’s delicious.
