Pies with raisins

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Ferment the dough in the usual way. Dissolve dry yeast in a small amount of milk and warm water. Add a little sugar and flour. Mix everything to the consistency of sour cream and put in a warm place to speed up the process.
STEP 3

Beat chicken eggs with a little sugar until light foam.
STEP 4

Melt any margarine for baking over low heat.
STEP 5

It is better to knead the dough in a large pan or bucket. Pour in margarine, eggs, warm milk and water, add sugar, salt, vanilla, add vegetable oil and mix everything well until the sugar dissolves. Knead the dough until it starts to come off your hands. Let it rise a couple of times. A well- risen dough should be soft and porous.
STEP 6

Sort the raisins and rinse well. Pour in a small amount of water, bring to a boil and boil for about half a minute. Then drain the water.
STEP 7

Melt honey in steamed raisins and add flour.
STEP 8

Over low heat, bring the mixture to a homogeneous consistency.
STEP 9

When the dough is well suited, make pies with raisin filling. You can make pies in any shape you like. Both closed and open.
STEP 10

Place the prepared pies on a greased baking sheet, not very tightly together, keeping in mind that they will rise while still in the oven. When the pies have risen a little, brush with beaten egg and place in the oven. Bake at approximately 200C for about 25 minutes. (Taking into account the characteristics of your oven).
STEP 11

So we got very tender and tasty pies. A wonderful treat for a tea party and for the joy of the kids!
