    Let's prepare the ingredients for the pies. Let's start by boiling chicken eggs. Wash chicken eggs with soap to avoid the penetration of pathogenic microbes into the prepared food. Place the eggs in a saucepan, add water and boil hard. After boiling, chicken eggs should be boiled for no longer than 10 minutes, otherwise the yolk of the eggs will turn an unsightly bluish color. When the eggs are cooked, drain the hot water, add cold water and leave for 10 minutes to cool.

    Pour in kefir at room temperature. If you haven’t taken it out of the refrigerator in advance, you can warm it up a little in the microwave. Mix again.
