To prepare the “Minutka” sweet pie, we prepare the necessary ingredients with spices and add eight grams of dry instant yeast to a container with four hundred milliliters of kefir or fermented baked milk.

Pour four tablespoons of sugar into a container.
STEP 3

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk and set aside for fifteen minutes to activate the yeast.
STEP 4

Break one chicken egg into a large bowl and add a pinch of salt.
STEP 5

Place fifty grams of softened butter in a bowl.
STEP 6

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk.
STEP 7

Mix the activated yeast in a bowl with the egg-butter mixture and add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
STEP 8

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl until smooth.
STEP 9

Add six hundred grams of flour in parts to the bowl to the liquid dough base.
STEP 10

Add flour and mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
STEP 11

Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands.
STEP 12

Place the dough on a floured table, then knead it thoroughly with your hands and form it into a ball.

Grease a large bowl with vegetable oil, place the dough in it and set aside for one hour, covered with a towel.
STEP 14

Cut two peeled medium-sized apples into small cubes.
STEP 15

Melt thirty grams of butter with one tablespoon of sugar in a frying pan heated on the stove and lay out the chopped apples.

While stirring, lightly fry the apples in a frying pan, add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and, after stirring, remove to cool.

Place six tablespoons of jam to your taste in a suitable container and add one tablespoon of starch.

Mix the starch and jam well together.

Place the cooled apples in a container with jam.

Mix all the ingredients well in a container and the aromatic pie filling is ready.

After some time, place the dough on a floured table and divide it into two unequal parts, the smaller of which we put in a bowl and cover with a towel.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil, put most of the dough into it, distribute it evenly and, covering it with a towel, set it to proof.

Knead and stretch out the second piece of dough, after which we cut it into strips, which we press down and make a kind of herringbone cut on them.

After twenty minutes, put the filling in the form with the dough and distribute it evenly.
STEP 25

Place the decorations cut from the dough on top of the filling and cover with a towel and leave to rise for half an hour.
STEP 26

After thirty minutes, brush the dough decorations with beaten chicken egg. Place the pan with the pie in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy degrees for thirty minutes, then leave it in the switched off oven for another five minutes.
