Lovely cucumbers in the photo and I also wanted to roll up a couple of jars of small cucumbers. I chose the smallest cucumbers in the greenhouse, enough for two half-liter jars) and prepared according to the recipe as for a liter jar, so as not to recalculate the amount of ingredients. At first, my cucumbers stood in cold water according to the author’s advice, only they stood a little longer than a couple of hours, to be honest, I didn’t time the time, since I was busy with other preparations) I placed everything according to the list at the bottom of sterile jars, laid the cucumbers, cut off the butts, poured boiling water over them and left for about 20 minutes. I poured the water into a saucepan, added salt, sugar, and vinegar as described in the recipe. I poured in the boiling marinade and rolled it up. My jars are upside down under a blanket, then I’ll move them to the basement. Pickled cucumbers and gherkins for the winter are very easy to prepare. These cucumbers will definitely be crispy. But the brine is excellent for this recipe and very aromatic, I tried it, just in moderation! Thank you for the good preparation!

I did this before, but now, instead of pouring boiling water out of a jar and pouring it in, I started pouring boiling water into a basin into the gherkins themselves, and then I boil this water with herbs and spices, and that’s it)))

That is, the ingredients for the brine are calculated for 1 liter of water

Good afternoon I’ve been sealing cucumbers using this recipe for the 2nd year in a row. I really liked it) crispy, everything in moderation. I myself am a fan of only pickled cucumbers; I don’t like pickled cucumbers or pickled cucumbers, so I reserved it only for my husband. In the end, I tried them and ate half of my husband’s stock 🤣🤣 the only cucumbers that I liked so much. This year I’m already closing it for my share too😃😃😃 thank you very much for such a delicious recipe)))))
