I haven’t pickled Chinese cabbage yet; I always used it fresh for salads. But now there is a lot of white cabbage, and my husband brought home Chinese cabbage. On the website I found a recipe for pickled Chinese cabbage, following which I prepared a new interesting salad. True, I made it in advance, we tried it a day later. For the salad, I used some frozen bell peppers. They are great for pickling. Young vigorous garlic was cut into long pieces so that it could be clearly felt. I took parsley from the greens. But I forgot about the tomato, but the salad still turned out very tasty. I mixed the vegetables with the marinade and put everything in a one-liter jar. A day later, the contents of the jar had settled to half their size. But all the vegetables were perfectly soaked in the delicious sweet and sour marinade. In addition, garlic adds an appetizing spice!) The pickled Chinese cabbage turned out to be excellent. Thanks for the recipe!
