STEP 1
Cut the watermelon into triangles, peel them
STEP 2
Add starch, previously diluted in a small amount of warm water, to the egg whites, stir
STEP 3
First dip the watermelon triangles into egg whites and starch, then roll in flour.
STEP 4
Fry in a large amount of oil in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving

I've seen and met everything, but fried watermelons are something! I didn’t dare to cook such a dish, but my husband persuaded me. In general, I’ll tell you this, the dish is certainly not for everyone, but we liked it. You can cook it sometimes) I sprinkled some cinnamon on the finished slices, it turned out delicious too
