It’s not at all difficult to cook pea porridge; I cooked it casually. I soaked half a glass of split peas overnight. In the morning the peas swelled, the quantity was more than a glass. But I found peas that took a long time to cook. I cooked it for an hour and a half. I needed more water and had to add it periodically. Such are the peas) After the peas became soft, I punched them with an immersion blender, and it turned out to be a puree with a small number of pieces. Added butter for a more delicate taste and creaminess. I got two bowls of pea porridge, enough for my son and me for breakfast. My son added mayonnaise to his plate) But it was delicious for me. I want to try making this porridge with champignon gravy, it will be even tastier!
