STEP 1

How to make a spread of carrots and melted cheese on bread? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Any processed cheese will do, including sausage cheese. You can take smoked processed cheese. It is better to take vegetable oil without odor. The amount of any ingredient can be reduced or increased depending on the taste of the pate you want to achieve.
STEP 2

Peel and wash the onions. Cut the onion into small cubes.
STEP 3

Wash the pre-peeled carrots and grate them on a coarse or fine grater.
STEP 4

Add vegetable oil to the pan. Fry the prepared onions and carrots over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soft. Cool the vegetables.
STEP 5

Peel the garlic, pass through a press or chop on a fine grater. Add garlic to taste.
STEP 6

Also grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 7

Boil the egg hard. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the egg and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 8

In a bowl, combine fried vegetables, grated egg and melted cheese. Add garlic, ground black pepper or any spices as desired and to taste. Salt the pate a little.
STEP 9

Grind all ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
