Today for dinner we had pasta with meatballs in a frying pan. Having started cooking, I first started with the minced meat, chopping a piece of pork using a blender. Then I combined the minced meat with onion and egg, added salt, and stirred. Having formed small meatballs, I placed them in a roasting pan, frying them for 5 minutes on each side. After that, I removed the meatballs onto a plate, and placed chopped onions, garlic, tomato paste and Provençal herbs in the roasting pan. I added a little water in which the pasta was cooked (cooked it until half cooked for 5 minutes). When the onion became soft, I put the pasta in the roasting pan along with the meatballs, mixed everything and warmed it up a little. The pasta in the frying pan was ready, became soft, but did not lose its elasticity. The tomato sauce gave them a beautiful color and a pleasant taste. The meatballs came out soft and flavorful.
