STEP 1
How to make pasta with meatballs in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pasta can be used in any shape. Use minced meat from any type of meat. It can be chicken, beef, pork or mixed minced meat. It is advisable to prepare the minced meat yourself to be completely sure of its composition.
STEP 2
Place the pasta in salted boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package. This usually takes 15-20 minutes. The pasta should become soft.
STEP 3
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add chopped onion, egg, salt and spices to the minced meat. Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
STEP 4
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Roll the meat mixture into small balls and place in a frying pan.
STEP 5
Fry the meatballs over low heat for 8-10 minutes until they become a delicious golden color on all sides. Then remove the finished meatballs from the pan.
STEP 6
Place the second chopped onion in the same pan and fry it for a couple of minutes to soften it.
STEP 7
Add tomato paste and garlic, passed through a press, to the frying pan along with the onions.
STEP 8
Mix everything, add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water from the boiling pasta. Warm everything together for a couple more minutes.
STEP 9
Place the finished pasta in a colander to drain excess liquid. There is no need to rinse them.
STEP 10
Place the finished pasta in a frying pan and mix with tomato sauce. Place the finished meatballs. Mix everything, heat for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Divide the finished dish into plates and serve. Bon appetit!
