This dish became my favorite even before I cooked it, already at the stage of reading the recipe. I love cauliflower! I usually prepare several everyday salads from it, add it to stews, and fry it in batter, but such a wonderful dish had never even crossed my mind. The combination of cauliflower and pasta is harmonious, hard cheese gives the dish some spice and some piquancy. In addition, the dish is very filling. Instead of olive oil, I used sunflower oil, and I didn’t have as large a piece of cheese as the recipe called for. Nevertheless it turned out great! Interestingly, my pasta and cabbage turned out to be quite crumbly; this is not a casserole, as it might seem at first glance. I will definitely make pasta with cauliflower again. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
