My child does not like to eat cottage cheese, but loves pasta. After searching for recipes on my favorite website, I found this unusual dessert. I decided to cook it for testing. My pasta was already boiled. Mixed cottage cheese with granulated sugar. I also added a little vanilla sugar and a little melted butter. Instead of cream I added a little milk. To make the mass more homogeneous and not see any lumps of cottage cheese, I blended everything with an immersion blender. And I added an egg there too, since the child doesn’t like eggs either. Then I mixed the curd mass with boiled pasta. I put the mixture into bowls and baked it as described in the recipe. The dessert turned out delicious, golden brown and with a lot of pasta. The child loved this dish! He devoured the casserole without blinking an eye. And I didn’t guess what cottage cheese and eggs were. My son named the dessert “sweet pasta”. Pasta casserole with cottage cheese - a wonderful recipe! Many thanks to the author for the idea!
