Panna cotta with condensed milk and strawberry jam

Enjoy tender panna cotta with fragrant strawberry jam! Panna cotta turns out very tender. Strawberry confiture adds a pleasant sourness. Instead of strawberries, you can use raspberries or wild strawberries. To prepare confiture you will need a special mixture based on pectin; my bag is designed for 1 kg of berries. I prepared the confiture according to the instructions on the package, so you may need to prepare it a little differently, depending on the manufacturer. If you can’t find such a mixture, I think you can thicken the strawberries with a small amount of starch.

I was looking for something delicious to cook with strawberries from my garden and decided to settle on this recipe. I’ve never made panna cotta with condensed milk, so I wanted to evaluate its taste. First I followed your recipe, prepared the creamy mixture and sent it to harden in the refrigerator. And I made the confiture a little differently. Instead of gelatin and jam I used gelatin. I boiled the berries with sugar, crushed them in a blender and rubbed them through a sieve. Added the swollen gelatin, stirred and placed the cooled confiture on the creamy mass. I sent it to the refrigerator to harden. The result was panna cotta with strawberry jelly. I think the same thing would happen with yellowfix. I decorated the finished dessert with fresh berries and mint leaves. The dessert turned out to be very tasty, with a pronounced creamy taste combined with strawberries. The light sourness of the confiture perfectly sets off the sweetness of the creamy mass. Panna cotta with condensed milk seemed sweeter to me than with sugar, but not cloying. The dessert is very tender, although high in calories. Ideal for summer. Delicious, I liked it, thanks for the recipe!

I really liked the recipe for panna cotta with condensed milk, milk and cream and strawberry jam. Without hesitation, I immediately prepared it. How delicious it turned out!!! The appetizing creamy jelly resembles ice cream. Keeps its shape perfectly. My cream is 11%. It cooks very quickly. The gelatin was poured in a thin stream, stirring continuously. I didn't have a mixture to make confiture, so I just made orange curd. The dessert turned out exquisite, reminiscent of ice cream or creamy pudding, cut with a velvety surface. This is an amazing pleasure, thanks to the author! I recommend trying it and pampering your loved ones.

A truly delicious dessert, but quite high in calories. My man is simply delighted with him! I experimented and prepared different types of panna cotta. But I came to the conclusion that the creamy one with strawberry syrup is the most delicious. Just syrup, not jam, nor with the addition of fresh berries. Now instead of condensed milk, I add vanilla extract. I like it better this way. And I always prepared panna cotta with 10% cream, but when I read a recipe that said to use 33% fat cream, I stopped using 10%. I always serve with almond flakes and decorate the dessert with a mint leaf.
