I really liked the recipe because it was quick and easy to prepare. A minimum of time is what you need in the summer heat. I took a fresh chicken fillet and beat it with a hammer, covering it with a bag. I sprinkled the chicken with chicken seasoning, it contains salt, pepper, and paprika. I chose a firm and ripe tomato and cut it into circles. I took Gouda cheese, it’s tasty and melts well, I grated it coarsely. I placed tomatoes on the beaten chicken fillet, sprinkled it with cheese and baked it on deco for half an hour in the oven at 180 C. The baked chicken with cheese and tomatoes in the oven turned out to be very tasty, appetizing and satisfying. The meat came out juicy thanks to the tomatoes, and tender due to the beating. It’s easy and quick to prepare, and I’m very pleased with the results. The only thing is that I cut the breast not horizontally into large pieces, but vertically into small ones. This makes it more convenient to cook and then measure out how much to whom. I used two types of spices. I liked it best with the French Herbs mixture.
