STEP 1

How to make baked chicken with cheese and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The ideal option would be to take chicken breast fillets. Choose any cheese to suit your taste, the main thing is that it grates well and melts easily. The taste of the cheese itself will add its own flavor to the finished dish.
STEP 2

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts. Cover the chicken with cling film and pound it lightly with a kitchen hammer. The film will prevent chicken meat from being damaged and will help it maintain its shape when beating.
STEP 3

Sprinkle chicken chops with a little salt and spices to taste. I added paprika as a spice. But you can take something to your taste - it could be a ready-made set of spices for chicken or aromatic herbs.
STEP 4

For baking, you can use any heat-resistant form. Since a large composition of the filling is not planned, you can take a low form or baking sheet for baking. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and place the prepared chicken on it.
STEP 5

Rinse the tomatoes in running water, dry and cut into slices. Place the chopped tomatoes over the chicken.
STEP 6

Grate the cheese and sprinkle it liberally over the entire surface of the chicken and tomatoes. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. STEP 7

The finished dish will begin to brown a little, and a little juice will appear from the chicken. Remove the pan from the oven, place on plates and serve hot. Fresh vegetables are the perfect complement. Bon appetit!
